Rose Hip Tea (Immune Boosting)

Rose hips are the fruit of the Rose plant. Rose hips are very high in Vitamin C & flavonoids. A perfect tea for supporting your Immune System during cold & flu season. All herbs used are organic.

Ingredients: Rose hips, Echinacea angustifolia root, Ginger, Licorice, Allspice, Cinnamon, local Rosemary.

Directions: Use 1 Tbsp. of tea per cup of water. Simmer in a pot with a lid for at least 15 minutes. Enjoy hot or cold.
